Do not convert product volume directly into bag size

A sachet needs room for product flow, three seal bands, top sealing, and easy opening. Powder density, granule size, liquid viscosity, and whether the pack is filled by hand or machine all affect the usable volume.

Send the target dose and a product sample when possible. A fill test is more reliable than estimating from another brand's outer dimensions.

Place opening features where people can use them

A tear notch that sits too close to the product level can spill powder or liquid. Fine artwork and mandatory text also need safe distance from seals and cutting tolerances.

  • Target dose or fill weight
  • Product density or viscosity
  • Seal width and top-seal space
  • Tear notch and easy-open direction
  • Manual or automatic filling

Use the right flat pouch structure

Clear, metallized, foil, matte, and kraft-look laminates solve different protection and presentation needs. Confirm barrier, sealing layer, and product compatibility before choosing the visual finish.

A concise quote request includes product type, dose, pouch width and height, material direction, artwork, quantity, filling method, and destination country.
