Custom Packaging Quote and Design Checklist

A quote is more accurate when the supplier understands what the packaging will hold, where it will be sold, how it will be filled, and how it will be shipped. This matters for gift boxes with logo, coffee bags, custom pouches, food bags, packaging sleeves, and design your own box projects.

If you already have artwork, size, reference photos, or an old packaging sample, send them with the inquiry. If not, explain the product use and target quantity so the supplier can suggest a custom packaging printing or custom designed boxes direction.

For new projects, it is useful to ask for two or three material or structure options. This helps compare appearance, cost, MOQ, and lead time before moving into sampling.
