Choose canvas tote bags in bulk by fabric weight, construction, handle load, printing method, shrinkage, color tolerance, and carton packing.
A higher fabric weight can feel substantial, but handle stitching, seam allowance, bag proportions, gusset construction, and the real carrying load determine performance. Tell the supplier what the bag will carry and how often it should be reused.
Screen printing works well for clear spot-color logos. More detailed artwork may need another process, but color, hand feel, wash behavior, and cost should be compared on the actual fabric.
Natural canvas varies slightly in texture and shade. Approve tolerance limits and a physical sample when exact color appearance matters.
Fabric can change after washing or finishing, so dimensional tolerance should be discussed when the bag must fit a box or product precisely. Carton packing also matters because bulky folding increases freight and can crease printed areas.
